Having met Roger Babik through his brother and sister-in-law at the NMC in Indianapolis in 1995, this personal relationship provided a crucial foundation for their giving. While they temporarily reduced the amount of financial support given to My Home to help meet Rubye’s needs, their understanding of hardship only deepened their empathy for the children My Home serves.

Rob articulates the desired outcome of the work, stating, “It is important that these adoptions lead to the children learning about Christ, and it’s important that they can stay within their culture.” Their giving is an investment in the spiritual and cultural well-being of the children.
